HorseHalt.co.uk and our affiliates provide access to the HorseHalt website (the website). Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree with them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using the horsehalt.co.uk website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms. We will endeavour to provide uninterrupted, error free access to the website, however this can not be guaranteed due to the nature of the Internet. Occasionally your access may be suspended or restricted to allow updates, upgrades or repairs. We will try to ensure that this is for the shortest time possible.
Ordering
Products can be ordered from HorseHalt.co.uk by clicking the relevant 'Add to Cart' button for the product you wish to purchase. A number of items can be added to your cart and the contents of your cart can be viewed at any time by using the 'View' button in the cart panel at the top-right of the screen. Items are stored in your cart until you complete the 'Checkout' process, whereby delivery and billing addresses, delivery information and payment details are collected in order to complete your order. You will receive an email notification informing you that your order has been received.
No payment is taken from your chosen payment type until your order is despatched. You will receive a notification when this occurs. Once your order is complete, the cart will empty and you will be able to begin putting together a new order.
A contract between you and HorseHalt will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as do we, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Goods are delivered to the delivery address supplied when processing your order. Our deliveries require a signature, so please ensure there is someone available to accept your order once shipped. Timed deliveries are not available.
- UK ORDERS
- Goods are despatched via DHL UK 48hour courier service at a flat rate of £6.50 per order, with max weight of 30kg. Flat rate only applies to orders completed in one purchase transaction. We aim to despatch goods from our warehouse within 48 hours. Occasionally at busy times this may take a little longer. Lead times vary due to the production process. If you require a product for a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to meet it. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than normal. In exceptional circumstances, please allow 28 days for delivery.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Good are despatched to countries outside the UK at an order-specific delivery rate, based on the quantity and type of products ordered to ensure maximum value on delivery costs. Goods ordered from HorseHalt for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These will be levied once the parcel reaches it's destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you. We have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations. Lead times vary due to the production process. If you require a product for a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to meet it. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than normal. In exceptional circumstances, please allow 28 days+ for delivery.

- We know that you care about what we do with the information and details that we process about you. We endeavour to instill trust by promising to use that data in a sensible manner. Any data you provide to us from which we can identify you is controlled by HorseHalt, held and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Registration Law governing the terms of use of the website and these terms shall be subject only to the laws of England and Wales.
- The information we gather is to help us provide you with a more personalised shopping service. We use the details to handle orders, deliver products, process payments and communicate with you about our products, services, promotional offers and to update our records and maintain your shopping account. Our customers are important to us, we do not sell their details to anyone. We are committed to protecting your security. This website takes every precaution to protect your information, whether submitted either online or offline.
- Online
- When you are asked to enter sensitive details such as payment card details, the information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption software. This means that it takes the characters you key and converts them into code for Internet transmission. When you are on a secure page the lock icon button on the bottom of your web browser becomes locked, when you are surfing it will be open or unlocked.
- The servers that we store your information are kept in a safe, secure environment. It is important that you protect your passwords to avoid unauthorised access. Be sure to sign off if using a shared computer. Your access passwords should remain confidential.
- Offline
- All of your information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All products offered for sale by HorseHalt are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility. Occasionally, despite our best endeavours products appear mispriced, however we verify prices as part of our order confirmation email. If the correct price is lower than that promoted we will always charge you the lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher, we will either contact you to advise you and request instructions before despatch or cancel the order and notify you accordingly. HorseHalt reserves the right to affect changes and these will be notified to you at the time of ordering. Payment is accepted by Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and American Express at this time.
- Your Account
- When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.
- When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.
- HorseHalt reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately. HorseHalt does not charge for items until they are ready to despatch.
- Please Note: We are unable to add or amend orders after you press the Complete Order button.
- The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent.
- You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet.
- You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
- You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you return an item to us within 14 days in perfect condition, complete with the original packaging, we will be happy to exchange or refund you with the original price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
- You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse.
